Software Leader - Vancouver (AD-SWL) ***FILLED***

They are looking for someone who is up to the challenge to be the technical go-to person as well as take responsibility for their mid-size and growing team of developers. If you have enterprise and/or packaged software experience, have been responsible for product architecture as well as led a team of bright and passionate techies, then this is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in architectural and technical decision-making
- Lead day to day activities and scheduling of team
- Oversee and coordinate development and test activities
- Lead the design, implementation and testing of new features and software components
- Interact directly with key customers to ensure solution requirements are met
- Assist with product documentation and support efforts.
Requirements:
- B.Sc CompSci/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience providing technical and team leadership to a team of developers and testers
- Experience of architecture, preferably on the .NET platform
- At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise and/or packaged software solutions
