Our Client, a well-established mid-sized Vancouver B.C. HQ’d software company with Cloud and SaaS offerings is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, while directly contributing to key projects and campaigns.
Jump in where needed — whether writing copy, launching campaigns, or optimizing digital ads — to help the team move faster and smarter.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and consultants.
Help to support broader agency management efforts, ensuring deliverables align with strategy, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
Build and drive integrated marketing strategies that fuel brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
Personally own critical execution elements — from campaign development to asset creation to digital optimizations.
Plan, launch, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns — and actively optimize for maximum results.
Create campaign briefs, manage timelines, and directly execute or oversee delivery to ensure excellence at every touchpoint.
Work side-by-side with the team to produce compelling content across all formats: blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, emails, video scripts, and more.
Maintain brand voice and consistency, while pushing for innovation in storytelling and engagement.
Drive execution of digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising.
Build and manage the marketing budget, balancing smart investments with a sharp focus on ROI.
Share regular updates with leadership, highlighting wins, lessons learned, and clear next steps for growth.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record in digital marketing and content strategy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience managing external agencies and third-party vendors.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience in demand generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
Graphic design or video content skills.
This is an in-office, permanent full time position that offers competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and the chance to lead marketing in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
The target salary range for this role is CAN$140,000 to CAN$160,000 + a bonus + selectable benefits plan
