Implementation and Support Consultant Completed

Overview:

Our client is a boutique consulting firm selling, implementing, and supporting 3rd party back office solutions into the mining industry. They have over 30 current clients and are looking for an experienced implementation consultant to support clients upgrades and install and implement new solutions.

This role is a key operational position within the Services Division. You will be an active member of the Implementation and Support Team, responsible for carrying out duties related to the implementation and support of business management software for clients.

Most of your activities will be billable to your clients. You will be encouraged to look for opportunities to maximize your billable time while maintaining high levels of professional service.

Responsibilities:

Day to day involvement in implementation projects in all phases
Assist with project and task co-ordination activities
Achieve targeted billing levels
Identify opportunities for additional revenue
Stay current with product knowledge, attend training sessions and independently study product features and functionality
Assist the Client Care team with support issues as needed
Suggest improvements and changes to services-related processes to improve overall operations

Qualifications:

Accounting or ERP implementation experience
Superior organizational, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to deadlines while maintaining quality of work
Professional, ethical conduct with an exceptional client service orientation
An aptitude and passion for computer applications
Hands-on experience working with Sage 300 financial applications
Superior communication skills
Self-managing and motivated
Project management experience
Prior experience in professional services firm is an asset
Ability to converse in French and/or Spanish is a definite asset

Other:

Compensation is a combination of salary and a variable component determined by billable hours
This person can be located in any major Canadian city
This is primarily a work from home position. Travel will be very limited
