Chief Executive Officer, Vancouver or Toronto - SaaS/Growth Stage
The Opportunity
A profitable SaaS company with strong product–market fit, loyal enterprise customers, and a proven technical foundation is ready to scale. With the transition from hardware to software complete, the company is poised for its next chapter of disciplined growth. We are seeking a CEO to lead this evolution - not a turnaround.
The Role
As CEO, you’ll refine strategy, instill operational rhythm, and drive revenue growth. You’ll align product, engineering, sales, and customer success around clear priorities, while shaping go-to-market strategy and building strong customer and investor relationships. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives on scaling teams and systems.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute a board-approved strategy within your first 90 days.
Establish KPIs and accountability across functions.
Lead product roadmap, packaging, and customer success initiatives.
Build trusted relationships with enterprise and institutional customers.
Coach the leadership team to scale with confidence and maturity.
Drive financing strategy and represent the company with investors and partners.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership as CEO, COO, GM, or divisional leader in a B2B technology company.
Experience scaling SaaS businesses and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong grasp of go-to-market mechanics and enterprise sales motions.
Track record working with boards and investors, raising growth capital, and driving disciplined execution.
Familiarity with the Canadian tech and funding ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation: Range will be CA$250-350K/yr.
