The Opportunity

A global technology services organization with a strong presence across cloud platforms and digital transformation ecosystems is expanding its leadership footprint in Canada. The company partners with software vendors, consultancies, and managed service providers worldwide, helping them develop their services, enhance their solution stacks, and grow revenues.

We are seeking a hands-on, business development-focused Country Leader to establish and grow the Canadian operation based in Toronto. The ideal candidate will bring strong channel sales experience within a cloud-based enterprise ecosystem and a proven ability to build high-performing teams that drive customers’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and commercial development of the Canadian business, driving revenue and partner engagement across SaaS and cloud channels.

  • Build and nurture relationships with partner organizations, alliances, and regional technology leaders.

  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the broader cloud and enterprise-services community.

  • Collaborate with global leadership to align regional objectives with the company’s international strategy.

  • Develop and mentor a small, high-impact team focused on sales, delivery, and scaling partner business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in cloud or enterprise software ecosystems—for example, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or similar partner-driven networks.

  • Skilled at balancing strategic vision with operational execution; able to operate both as a strategist and as a business builder.

  • Recognized for forming strong partnerships across technical, sales, and business-development teams.

  • Comfortable leading within a matrixed, multinational environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Known for authenticity, energy, and an ability to inspire confidence across a partner network.
