Maintain engineering process discipline (ECOs, BOMs, compliance).
Resolve cross‑functional technical issues and sign off on certification readiness.
Translate growth targets into operational plans with clear metrics.
Identify bottlenecks and risks early; build contingencies.
Mentor engineering and production leads to strengthen capability and reduce single‑point dependencies.
Qualifications and Experience
15+ years in engineering or operations, including 5+ years with direct production and delivery accountability.
Strong hardware or product engineering depth; able to evaluate technical claims directly.
Experience in low‑volume, high‑quality manufacturing.
Operational leadership in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Credibility with senior technical teams earned through competence.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, ECOs, BOMs, and audit readiness.
Preferred: Hardware, electronics, RF, microwave, or satellite communications experience; hands‑on leadership in similarly scaled environments.
This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is looking to drive innovation, efficiency, and team success.
