Head of High Tech Manufacturing Operations Completed

Our client is searching for a dynamic leader to join the team to lead their manufacturing operations. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Operations will work with a team of peers overseeing product development, manufacturing and delivery of healthcare products to customers around the globe.

Responsibilities:

Development and management of the operations budgets
Development and implement operations strategies and plans Management of manufacturing, planning, engineering, facilities, and logistics
Ensures manufacturing is optimized to meet sales demands with a lean inventory
Ensure quality and regulatory requirements adhere to the TQM system and in compliance with GMP and ISO standards
Leverage technology within operations to improve efficiency and enable growth Collaborate with the executive team to ensure manufacturing capacity, facilities, and logistics functions meet the needs of the customers.
Deliver operations and technical data to support strategic decision-making
